OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cliffcore and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
